| The date and venue of the end of season Black Tie Dinner & Dance will be at the Lord Hill Hotel (Regency Suite) on Saturday 4th April. Please note that this is slightly later than previously suggested, as the larger room at the Lord Hill was not available on the original date. Any Questions please ask Keith Kendall |

| 2008-09-14, Ladies 1's- winners of the Ladies Shropshire |
| Shrewsbury beat Telford and Wrekin in thier pool match. The games was 1 all at full time but Shrewsbury won 3:2 on penalty flicks through great saves by keeper Angela Comerford. Shrewsbury went on to play the 2007 Champions Bridgnorth in the final. Despite Shrewsbury going ahead in the first half Bridgnorth came back in the second half to draw 1:1 at the end of full time. Again the competition went to ficks, with Shrewsbury winning 3:2! |
